Since 2007, Publix has saved more than 3.6 billion plastic bags. And, with your help, we can continue to see that number climb.

“By encouraging the use of reusable bags and always bagging according to Publix’s standards, our associates can save even more plastic bags and help protect the environment,” said Business Development Director of Customer Service Marty Oliver.

Using reusable bags doesn’t go without its perks, too. They’re more durable, can hold more groceries, and thanks to their straps, are easier to carry. It’s a win-win for customers and the environment.
