This year, Forbes, in partnership with statista.com, asked 20,000 American workers, “On a scale of 0 – 10, how likely would you be to recommend your employer to someone else?” The result is a list of 500 employers, across 25 industries, where workers enjoy their workplaces enough to want to share it with others.
And you guessed it, Publix made the cut! At No. 84 on Forbes’ inaugural list of America’s Best Employers, Publix joins Apple, Facebook and Google as places employees enjoy working.
The rankings were based on responses to several anonymous online panels asking whether participants would recommend their employer, or any other employers in their industry, to others.
