Did you know each year more than 200,000 people in the U.S. are hospitalized because of flu-related complications? Thankfully, you don’t have to be a statistic. Your best bet against catching the flu is to get a flu shot. And, as a Publix associate, you can get one for free today!
Now through Nov. 15, you can get a free flu shot from a trained Publix pharmacist. And, family members living in your household can receive a flu shot for $22, an $8 savings off the customer price.
Flu shots are offered at Publix pharmacies on a walk-up basis. For support locations, look for posters announcing the details on when and where flu shot clinics are being held this year.
