Positions Leading to Management (PLM)
Take the next step into a position leading to management like customer service staff or baker by completing this form beginning Oct. 22. Just like the paper form, you can submit interest for up to two positions at a time, and the form is active for six months.

Management Positions
You can officially express your interest in a management position during a registration of interest (ROI) registration cycle by completing the ROI form. Once you register your interest, you’ll have access to see how many qualifying hours you have accumulated, view your status information during the ROI selection process, and view and print your testing information and feedback letters.

Retail Improvement Specialist (RIS) Positions
This month, department managers, assistant store managers and store managers have the opportunity to electronically express their interest in a RIS position. Submitting a form lets Publix know of a manager’s interest. Forms are active for six months and can be updated any time during that period.

District Manager (DM) Positions
During a scheduled registration period, store managers can express their interest in a DM position.
