Career website Glassdoor recognized Publix as a winner of its inaugural Candidates’ Choice Awards. The award recognized employers with the highest percentage of job candidates who have reported a positive interview experience over the past year. Publix was rated highest in the grocery stores and supermarkets category.

Glassdoor includes a database of anonymously posted information about salaries, interviews and jobs. Employers also use the site to post job openings and recruit talent.
