Your 2015 Form W-2 will be available later this month on PASSport. New for the 2015 tax year, if you were eligible for Publix health coverage last year, you will receive a Form 1095-C. This new health care form must be provided by Publix under the health insurance reform law and may be needed for preparing your individual income tax return.
