Publix has the strongest consumer loyalty, according to the 2016 Temkin Loyalty Index.
The study was conducted by the Temkin Group, a customer experience research and consulting firm, and is based on a survey of 294 companies across 20 industries. Temkin Group asked 10,000 consumers to rate how likely they are to repurchase from the company, recommend the company to others, forgive the company if it makes a mistake, trust the company and try new offerings from the company.
