Publix has been named one of Fortune magazine’s 100 Best Companies to Work For, ranking No. 47 on this year’s list.
Publix is one of only 10 companies to have made the list every year since its inception in 1998.

Fortune bases this ranking on surveys sent to a random sample of associates and Publix’s responses to a culture questionnaire.
