We’ve made big changes to open enrollment this year.
- It’s all on PASSport! You can conveniently enroll in health, dental and vision insurance in one place — PASSport. You also can apply for long-term disability insurance on PASSport.
- You must re-elect your dental and vision coverage for 2019. If you’re currently enrolled in dental and vision insurance, be sure to re-elect your coverage on PASSport. If you don’t, you won’t have this valuable coverage for 2019.
- A new dental provider — UnitedHealthcare — means better benefits and an expanded network of dentists. Best yet, dental pay period deductions are not changing.
- The vision exam copay is decreasing from $20 to $10. And vision pay period deductions are not changing.
If you’re eligible to enroll in benefits, you received an open enrollment packet at your work location. You also can find details about our benefits by logging in to PASSport at publix.org.
