Tim began his Publix career in 1980 as a screen printer in the sign shop. After a few years, he was promoted to manager of the screen-printing operation. In 1989, Vice President of Marketing Mark Irby asked him to spearhead the development of a creative department, and in 2004, he was promoted to his current role, where he oversees a team of more than 100 associates.
