Mr. George created a company that prepared associates for anything that came their way.

As we kick off our 90th anniversary year, it’s a great time to focus on you by setting specific and measurable goals that will help you achieve success.

You may want to look at transferring to a new store in a new market or supporting our growth and success in existing markets. Ask questions. Engage with your customers. Excel at your difference maker tasks.

Maybe you want to develop a new skill, go to vocational school or earn a college degree.

You could also participate in a service activity for the first time. Or learn why we support the corporate campaigns we do, so you can discuss them with your customers, family, friends and each other.

You can take the next steps now to prepare for opportunities. The possibilities are endless. I hope you take the time to think about your goals and how you can achieve them. Publix is the right place to help make them a reality.
