In 2020, Kurt was asked to design and build a car for this year’s Little 500, the preliminary race before the Indianapolis 500 during Memorial Day weekend.

Recently, his robot was even featured on a TV show showcasing homemade robots. Cooper has brought in his robots a few times and shown them off to his team in the break room.

He loves making his own miniature world to provide a creative home for small plants and succulents, and he usually finds the materials in his own backyard.
