Innovation at Publix started with Mr. George. He had a vision of what a great grocery store could look like and believed his store would be a better place because of each associate.

That belief is still part of our foundation. Each of you brings unique ideas to the table, and as a company owner it’s important for you to make meaningful contributions to our success beyond the service you provide our customers.

You may see or hear about new and different ways companies, including ours, offer service to their customers. Each of those ideas started with a person, and we have amazing people working here. Take time to brainstorm new ideas with each other and share them with your manager or use Idea Spot.

Innovation starts with conversation, and it takes all of us working together to keep this great company moving forward.
