Short-term disability insurance

This benefit replaces a portion of your pay for up to 12 weeks due to your own injury, illness, maternity leave (giving birth) or medical procedure.

• Eligible part-time associates: The best time for you to enroll is now. This valuable coverage is offered at a low weekly cost. If you wait until next year, you’ll have to provide proof of good health to the insurance company for approval before you can enroll.
• Eligible full-time associates: You’ll automatically be enrolled in coverage at no cost to you.
