Starting next month, leaders will visit every work location across our 8-state operating area to show their appreciation for you and the work you do. Associate Appreciation Visits began with Mr. George, and I’m proud we continue them today.

Because of you and how you serve your customers, Publix continues to be a great place to work and shop. Although our customers may vary depending on our role, we’re each dedicated to providing premier service. In our stores, your focus is on serving our shoppers. In our support locations, your focus is on serving our stores.

Each of you has an important role at Publix, and I want to thank you for what you do every day. Every visiting leader is excited to meet and talk with you as we visit your location in the coming months.
