Every day, Publix truck drivers are on the road ensuring our stores are stocked and ready to serve customers. Their work is essential to our supply chain and to the communities that count on us. Behind every delivery is a dedicated professional who represents Publix with safety, care and pride.
In 2025, our truck drivers
- traveled approximately 101 million miles
- completed more than 610,000 trips and
- made over 1.8 million deliveries to more than 1,400 Publix locations.
These numbers reflect more than distance traveled or deliveries made. They represent commitment, reliability and teamwork.
Celebrating our drivers
National Truck Driver Appreciation Week is our chance to pause and say thank you to the drivers who make such a meaningful impact every day.
You can join the celebration by creating thank-you displays for drivers and posting messages of gratitude from associates. These small gestures help show just how much their hard work is noticed and valued, fostering a sense of community and appreciation.
