Knowing cheese is our specialty

What does it take to get the scoop on our quality products? Sometimes it means traveling hundreds or thousands of miles to hear the information directly from the source.

Earlier this year, a team of Publix associates traveled to Wisconsin to visit two of our specialty cheese suppliers. There, they met with expert cheesemakers about the history and process of cheesemaking and what makes each cheese unique. Publix News is excited to share this information so you can better promote our specialty cheese program.

Below is a tease of what you may learn in the coming months. Can you figure out what these photographs represent? Take your best guess, and come back next month — and over the next year — to get the whole story about our specialty cheeses.
