Make the holidays easy — place orders online

Since Online Easy Ordering (OEO) rolled out in the deli, customers have asked for more products to be available online. The deli retail business unit has listened to that feedback, and two categories are being added to our lineup.

Beginning Nov. 5, Publix will offer customers the opportunity to order bakery, deli or seafood platters through OEO. Beginning Nov. 10, customers may place online orders for regular-sized deli turkey dinners. Please note, earlier communications included a different date. Although turkey dinner orders will only be accepted in November and December, platter orders can be placed year-round.

To place an online order for a platter or turkey dinner, visit www.publix.com/order, and follow the screen instructions.

While meat, cheese and sub orders are fulfilled in as little as 15 minutes, most platters and turkey dinners require a lead time of at least 24 hours. And, customers should pick up all platters and turkey dinners in the deli — not in the OEO case. Stores that offer event planning will hold orders at their event planning station.

Making platters and turkey dinners available online is another service we’re proud to extend to our customers.”


Stores won’t receive in-store information to promote the additional items on OEO, so it’s up to you to spread the word to our customers. Recommend customers go to www.publix.com/order to place their bakery, deli and seafood platter and regular deli turkey dinner orders.
