Have you noticed over the years how food manufacturers continue to introduce new products, flavors and product lines?
From the products prepared by our retail and manufacturing associates to our Publix brand products made by our suppliers, we work hard to meet the high-quality standards our customers expect.
Just like national brands, it’s important we introduce products that meet the changing needs of our customers. Some of these items are featured in this issue of Publix News, see “The Publix Deli is heating up” article. Others you may have seen on the shelf like the many varieties of parfaits in produce, or maybe you’re seeing the return of the Turkey Cranberry Sub or Fiery Cranberry Rotisserie Chicken Sub.
You also may have noticed hot soups rolling out in our delis. We’ve recognized that no matter the weather, our customers enjoy fresh soups as a meal solution, and we want to give that to them. As we continue looking at popular meal options, our new hot chicken sandwiches will be perfect for a quick lunch. Then you can top it off with our new Publix Premium Indulgent yogurt — it’s a different take on dessert.
Publix is a grocery store, but we’re also a big manufacturer too. Making products our customers want is part of what helps keep us successful. I hope you’ll try some of the products I’ve mentioned this month and recommend them to your family, friends and customers.
