Customers look at the value a brand offers before they decide to shop with them. For Publix, we want our customers to say, “I always shop at MY Publix.” But how do we do this?
It’s simple. If we build the right connections with our customers, we will not only capture their hearts and minds, but we’ll motivate them to continue to shop with us rather than our competition. We want our customers to believe:
- Publix is the company I trust to deliver an engaging experience by giving me the superior, personalized services I desire.
- I get a convenient, clean and pleasant shopping environment.
- I find the variety of quality products I want, competitively priced.
- I trust Publix because I can see they care about my community and our environment. So, I feel good about shopping at Publix.
Interacting with our customers with a “Hello” and “Thank You.” Keeping our stores clean inside and out. Offering go-to or trendy products. Being responsible citizens in our communities. What’s the common denominator? You.
Each of you can make these statements a reality for our customers. It doesn’t matter what department you work in or what job you have — what you do makes a difference for our customers each and every day. So, let’s recommit ourselves to delivering on those customer statements so they’ll say, “I always shop at MY Publix.”
