Delivering on customer value

Our customers are the reason we’re in business, and when they shop with us, they expect to receive a good value.

Our mission statement helps define our goals. It’s an expression of what we stand for, and our strategy provides the roadmap to achieve our mission. As we follow our roadmap, we want our customers to say a few things about us:

  • I always get superior service from friendly, knowledgeable associates who respect my time.
  • I get a convenient, clean, pleasant and exciting shopping environment.
  • I find the variety of quality products I want.
  • I always shop at MY Publix.

In order to achieve this, we need associates who are well-trained and engaging. We also need a store environment that will stimulate our customers’ senses in addition to offering high-quality products that meet Publix standards.

When we achieve all of that, then we know we’re providing customer value. And that’s when our customers will say, “I always shop at MY Publix.”

Every new day brings new experiences. Find your passion for service, every day. Listen to each other. Talk with your customers. I know you can keep delivering on our mission and our promise.
