Why do I love to work at Publix?

We give back to the community because we truly believe that is our responsibility. We are associate and customer focused. We help associates reach their personal milestones and achieve their career goals. We get to know our customers and find out what’s important to them so we can meet — and exceed — their needs. We want to connect with the hearts and minds of you and your customers because that’s part of the Publix difference.

We own this great company, and it doesn’t get any better than this. We’re lucky to come to work each day knowing we’re making a difference for so many people, including ourselves.

Every day I wake up thankful for everything Publix has done for my family and me. When you work hard and dedicate yourself to doing what’s right, great things can happen. That’s why I love this place.
