Caring for our associates and customers is at the heart of everything we do. As we look forward to celebrating 93 years, let’s look back and remember what’s kept us going — being service-focused.
Providing premier service is what we’re known for, what we do best and what we have in common. It’s the responsibility of each of us. It’s at the core of our decisions — whether being there for a co-worker, assisting a customer or helping a neighbor.
As we continue through the 2nd half of the year, let’s find ways to create memorable moments. We have many opportunities to do that, from students going back to school to fall festivals to holiday celebrations. When you take the time to understand someone’s needs, you support 1 of Mr. George’s lessons — respect the dignity of the individual.
I believe that being service-minded 1st helps us stay true to Publix’s values, and we know that is what allows us to continue to be successful.
Thanks for all you do.
