We know it’s important to offer a wide variety of products at competitive prices; however, our efforts should never steer us away from focusing on service.
When the economy changes or competitors change, many companies tend to refocus their efforts to support the “item of the moment”and forget about what’s really valuable to them.
For us, the value we give our customers is service. And we have no intention of moving away from that. It’s what we’re known for and what our customers expect.
As I’ve talked about in the past, our roadmap states we want our customers to say they always get superior service from friendly, knowledgeable associates who respect my time. To be successfulat that, we spend time hiring the right associates — that’s you. We invest in our associates with training — you’ve received it in person and through computer-based trainings. And we like our associates to use their own individuality when they’re having conversations with and helping their customers.
You each have something unique and special about you, but we all have one thing in common — our passion for service. No matter who your customer is, they count on you to be committed to that effort.
As we enter the last few months of the year, recommit yourself to give your all to service.
