Grocery Manager Pablo Rosado-Martinez, #1846, Louisville, Kentucky, has developed a highly effective team that maximizes its efforts to maintain items in stock.
Pablo started working for Publix as a 19-year-old grocery clerk in 2012. Since then, he has finished college and is on track to accomplish every career goal he’s set.
Pablo was promoted to assistant grocery manager when he was 25. Five years later, he was promoted to grocery manager. Pablo recently moved to Kentucky and is fulfilling his dream to be part of opening a store in a new market. Next, he’ll work toward his goal of becoming a store manager.
“I have accomplished a lot in my career so far, but I am still learning every day,” said Pablo. “My most important goal is making sure my associates learn and grow with me.”
Store Manager Josh Stubblefield shared Pablo’s strengths as a manager. “He is always finding new ways to increase customers’ awareness of products and sales, and he teaches his team to do the same,” Josh said.
Pablo has mentored many associates and loves seeing them accomplish their goals. “I want us to challenge each other to improve, maximize productivity and continue to make Publix great,” he said.
By working as a team and positioning products in starring roles on our shelves, Pablo makes shopping a pleasure for his customers. Developing his team and always sharing merchandising best practices makes Pablo a My Publix, My Part difference maker.
