Mahi-Mahi With Tuscan Herb Butter
Total Time 15 minutes | Makes 4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons Publix Tuscan Herb Finishing Butter
  • 4 (5.6-oz) Fresh Mahi-Mahi Select Cuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps

  1. Preheat large sauté pan on medium 2–3 minutes. Season fish with salt and pepper. Place 2 tablespoons butter in pan, then add fish; cook 3–4 minutes on each side until 145°F (or opaque and separates easily).
  2. Remove pan from heat; stir in remaining 2 tablespoons butter until melted. Serve.
