Since you can print your Retirement Benefits Summary directly from PASSport, you will no longer receive a printed summary at your annual benefits meeting. If you prefer to receive a printed summary free of charge through the mail, you must complete, print and sign the Retirement Benefits Summary Delivery Preference form on PASSport > Benefits > Benefits Summary. Then, send the completed form to the retirement department.
