Last month at the Retail Operations Conference, we recognized 10 stores for getting it right in the areas of customer service and safety.
Customer Service Excellence
The Customer Service Excellence Award recognizes one store in each division that excelled at providing premier customer service. Recipients are selected based on results from Associate Voice Surveys, Customer Voice Surveys and Mystery Shopping scores.
Every associate at the store receives a lapel pin to recognize their service contribution, and each store receives an in-store banner, $500 for a celebration and an advertisement in their local daily newspaper recognizing their store team.

Safety Award
The Safety Award recognizes one store in each division that has shown the highest standards of safety for our customers and associates. These stores make their location a safe workplace and cultivate an environment where safety is top priority for everyone.
Every associate at the store receives a lapel pin to recognize their contribution, and the store receives $500 for a celebration.
