0415Great-Place-To-Work-posterWe’ve done it again! Publix has made FORTUNE magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work For” list for 18 consecutive years — one of only 12 companies to have made the list every year since its inception in 1998. Publix was ranked No. 81 on this year’s list.

“I’m proud to work for a company that is so loved by its associates,” said CEO Ed Crenshaw. “While we’ve made this list for the past 18 years, we’ve really been a great place to work for our entire 85 years.”

According to the Great Place to Work Institute, one associate said, “This job makes me feel so good about myself and gives me so much confidence. I love working at Publix, and I love our customers.”

Another associate said, “I just love working with the people here. They make you feel like family and really care about you. Everyone is friendly and will go the extra mile to help you out. Publix is a great place to work.”
