A new Publix careers website provides helpful information on potential career advancements and helps prospective applicants find jobs at Publix.
The site is for associates and external job seekers. For external job seekers, the site offers search features so they can look for jobs in retail and our support areas (distribution, manufacturing, industrial operations, maintenance and office environments). Associates can select Associate login before conducting searches to see a wider selection of openings since we post more jobs internally than externally.
“The new website is user-friendly and looks much nicer,” said Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Marcy Hamrick. “It’s a more dynamic platform with added functionality.”
You are encouraged to explore its resources and learn more about available positions. The features most useful to associates include:
- The resources page, which provides helpful tips and connections with recruiters.
- The benefits page has a detailed list of benefits and training opportunities, such as
- on-the-job training
- leadership development programs
- mentoring programs and
- access to a library of books, videos and CDs that support personal development.
- Links to Publix careers pages on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X (formerly known as Twitter) for candidates to follow.
“Our culture leans heavily toward promoting from within, and we want to give associates the opportunity to apply for positions that we may never post externally,” Marcy said.
