If you’re considering going back to school, Publix has opportunities available to help you succeed both in and out of the classroom. If you work a minimum of 10 hours per week, you could be eligible for tuition reimbursement opportunities as early as 90 days after your hire date.
Last year, Publix increased annual and lifetime limits for those who participate in the tuition reimbursement program.
If you’re enrolled in a 2-year, occupational or technical program, or taking an individual course, you’re eligible for a lifetime reimbursement of up to $4,400. Students in a 4-year program are eligible for a lifetime reimbursement of up to $16,000. If you’re hoping to obtain your GED degree, you can be reimbursed for the price of the exam, attending a prep class or purchasing a GED workbook.
