Mental health affects how we think, feel and act. As part of Publix’s commitment to your overall well-being, we have introduced a new mental and emotional health benefit.
SupportLinc is offered through a 3rd-party vendor and provides up to 5 free, confidential counseling sessions per mental health care case, per year. You can talk to licensed clinicians on the phone 24/7, in person or virtually through video, live chat and texting.
In addition, SupportLinc also offers work-life balance resources, including
- child and elder care referrals
- identity theft support
- financial consultations and
- more.
The benefit is available after you’ve completed 90 days of continuous employment. It’s also available to your household members as well as dependents under the age of 26 who don’t live in your household. For more information about SupportLinc, visit the Mental Health Resources page on PASSport.
