Some people think of well-being as physical health, but it’s more than that. The 5 key drivers of well-being are

  • financial health
  • physical health
  • mental and emotional health

Financial health

To help ensure your finances are healthy, consider the following:

  • Create a budget and stick to it.
  • Prioritize paying off debt.
  • Set up an emergency savings account and save up enough to cover 3 – 6 months of expenses.
