Attend a career event
The next time you hear about a Publix event, jump on it! Attend our Publix Associate Career Fairs, events or workplace celebrations. Current high school seniors can also attend SOAR (Sharing Opportunities, Advice and Recognition) events. These events are great opportunities to introduce yourself and share your goals with store managers, district managers, regional directors and retail improvement specialists in attendance.
Speak with your manager
Networking is right in front of you! Meet with your manager and the leadership team within your department to share your career goals and discuss the job training you need to advance your skills. Your manager can help connect you with different business areas within Publix that spark your interest.

Did you know you have access to different specialists within Publix? You can network with an associate relations specialist, staffing specialist or talent acquisition consultant to help you uncover more career opportunities available at Publix. Your manager can help you connect with the right person!
