If you have ever considered moving into a management position within our stores, the 1st step is to submit your registration of interest (ROI). Retail associates have 4 different opportunities to register their interest throughout the year, and the next opportunity is March 30 – April 12.

“We have more than 250,000 associates across eight states, and every retail associate who meets the minimum qualifications and wants to move up has a chance to voice that desire,” said Manager of Selection and Performance Measurement Erin Gardner. “The ROI process works because it is associate-driven. It means that associates can tell us if they are interested in being considered for a promotion into management.”

Interested associates can find information about qualifications for each management position on PASSport and on posters in each store’s break room.
