Why this customer service manager enjoys working at PGWM

Customer Service Manager Bethany Hall, #1659, Lakeland, Florida, enjoys the different sights she’s seen and customers she’s helped while working at Publix GreenWise Market (PGWM).

Bethany’s first taste of PGWM came when she started at Publix in South Carolina where she heard about our plan to open the specialty, natural and organic line of stores. But what led her to PGWM in the first place?

“I worked at a holistic farm in Virginia for a few years before making the move to Publix GreenWise Market,” said Bethany. “I loved the fresh, farm-to-table aspect of working on the farm and knowing where my food came from.”

Bethany loves PGWM’s relationship with local suppliers and the hydroponic container farm outside her location, which grows some of the produce sold inside the store. She also loves how customers at PGWM share her love for high-quality products.

“GreenWise Market has already done the hard part of selecting products to give customers the best of the best,” said Bethany. “More and more people are paying attention to the labels and what they put in their bodies, and, at GreenWise Market, we applaud that!”

Working the front end means Bethany gets to interact and connect with customers, which is what she enjoys most about working at PGWM.

“I love talking to people. One of my regular customers became my best friend, and now she’s an associate,” Bethany said.

Bethany also has big aspirations for her career. She wants to be a PGWM store manager someday and is willing to travel anywhere to achieve her goal.

“I bought an RV and am ready to head wherever they need me,” said Bethany. “No matter where it leads me, I want to continue growing the brand and supporting our customers in any way I can.”
