Publix was recognized as the No. 1 company that cares by PEOPLE. The magazine partnered with Great Place to Work to analyze surveys of over 4.8 million employees on their experiences of how their workplaces have made a difference in their lives and communities. This recognition also reflects the Great Place to Work’s assessment of the generosity of each organization’s benefits, and their philanthropic and community support, with particular focus on activities in response to the coronavirus.
Fortune’s Best Workplaces for Women
In a survey conducted by Great Place to Work, women were asked about experiences in their workplaces based on their ability to reach their full potential and how their gender shapes those experiences. Great Place to Work then analyzed trends based on an organization’s size, industry and region.
Fortune’s Best Workplaces for Millennials
Millennials, those born between 1981 and 1997, were surveyed on their experiences with trust and innovation at their companies, their ability to reach their full potential at their places of work, company values, effectiveness of their leaders and other factors.
