Publix is No. 1 in corporate giving to March of Dimes
Publix has moved into the top spot for corporate giving to March of Dimes! Earlier this year, Publix customers and associates raised more than $7.1 million to support March of Dimes, bringing our total contribution since 1994 to more than $64 million.
Each year, Publix and March of Dimes team up in the fight against birth defects and premature births. The campaign wraps up with fundraising walks in more than 1,000 communities nationwide, and teams of associates can be found lacing up their walking shoes for the cause.

It’s official: Publix News is grand!
Publix has received the APEX Grand Award in the print newsletters category for the October 2015 Publix News issue. This is the highest level award given to submissions with only 85 entries receiving it.
APEX is an industry-recognized annual international competition sponsored by Communications Concepts Inc. for print, web, electronic and social media. The 28th annual Awards for Publication Excellence recognized outstanding publications from newsletters, magazines, annual reports, brochures and websites.
According to the judges, the awards were based on excellence in graphic design, quality of editorial content and the success of the entry in conveying the message and achieving overall communication effectiveness.
