Publix earns top scores for customer experience

Publix tops the charts when it comes to the quality of our customers’ experiences, according to the 2015 Temkin Experience Ratings. The ratings are based on a study of 10,000 U.S. consumers and rank nearly 300 companies on three things: can customers do what they want to do; how easy is it to work with the company, and how do customers feel about their interactions.

Other companies who also made the top 12 represent industries from banking to fast food.
