J.D. Power chose 50 brands that deliver excellent customer service to create an elite group of J.D. Power 2014 Customer Champions. This rating comes from customer feedback on each company’s ability to execute J.D. Power’s 5 Ps: people, presentation, price, process and product.
More than 600 companies were evaluated. Publix was the only grocery retailer and one of only two pharmacies to make the list.
