Publix, according to a Market Force survey, is No. 2 behind Trader Joe’s in the ranking of favorite grocery chain stores for the second consecutive year. When consumers were asked to rank their favorite chains for produce, Publix was first, ahead of H-E-B and Trader Joe’s.
Out of six operational attributes that matter most to consumers, Publix ranked the highest in courteous service, fast checkouts and inviting atmosphere.
Market Force surveyed 6,200 individuals to learn which grocery stores were most popular, rated highest in customer satisfaction and whether they preferred one over another.
