My Publix, My Part has helped our associates support Publix’s strategy and mission for more than five years. And by being great at our part — or our strategic tasks — we know how the work we do helps us achieve our overall company mission — to be the premier quality food retailer in the world.

Through the My Publix, My Part recognition program, we can be rewarded for performing at role model levels. Check out the recognition card HR Senior Systems Developer Erin Gardner received for going above and beyond at successfully implementing a new process. Her card reads: Your leadership and the hard work of your team in transitioning the Registration of Interest process to PASSport is a great example of driving our strategy and supporting company growth. Great job!
