Brandon began his Publix career in 2008 as an industrial engineer intern. He has held various roles, including department manager of quality control, production operations manager, and general manager of Fresh Kitchen. In his current role, Brandon oversees the strategic planning for growth and operational performance of Fresh Kitchen.

I’m a huge “Star Wars” fan.

Stay positive. People who have a positive outlook on their life are productive and successful.

What’s your proudest moment? 
Professionally, when we opened Fresh Kitchen. Personally, when my wife and I started our family.

All of the Marvel movies

If you could spend a day in someone else’s shoes, whose would they be and why?
Jimmy Buffett — but I don’t think he wears shoes, so probably his flip-flops. I like his life philosophy: If we couldn’t laugh, we’d all go insane.
