Campaign dates: Sept. 1 – 17

Did you know United Way helps 48 million people every year, including some of our associates? Publix and Publix Super Markets Charities are proud to be United Way’s No. 1 donor collectively worldwide. That’s in addition to the time and expertise many associates give to their local United Ways and partner agencies through volunteering.

With his giving spirit, Mr. George encouraged showing kindness and was an advocate of United Way’s mission. For 44 years, we’ve held an annual campaign to support United Way’s mission, and this year’s campaign theme — Unite to Inspire — focuses on how together, we make a difference.

Our donations help put food on tables, educate our youth, provide assistance following natural disasters and more. Donating through payroll deduction or making a one-time gift helps people get the support they need.
