Company leaders came together at this year’s retail operations conference (ROC) to give back to their communities through a volunteer project. They customized and assembled 720 superhero activity boxes for children in collaboration with Foster Love — a nonprofit that provides resources to kids in foster care.

The boxes included a cape, mask, temporary tattoos, pillowcase, card and more. They were donated to children in foster care organizations across our 8-state operating area. According to Foster Love, these superhero boxes provide a sense of belonging. The organization focuses on helping children feel SUPER: Self-assured, Uplifted, Proud, Empowered and Resilient.

Mr. George believed in giving back to his community. We’re proud to continue his legacy by doing good, together.
