With that in mind, Publix Bakery just added 7 varieties of towering tier cakes. Made in-store by our bakery team, these confections have 6 layers of goodness and measure 7 inches in diameter at the base. An assortment of designs makes them appropriate for many occasions. The cakes are available to order online for store pickup with at least a 24-hour notice. All these cakes serve 8 – 10 people and have a retail price of $35.

Birthday Sprinkle Explosion

Layers of vanilla or chocolate cake iced with your choice of colored buttercream icing. This beautiful cake is topped with colorful sprinkles and garnished with 3 edible chocolate candles. Option to fill this cake with sprinkles available.

Celestial Unicorn

Three layers of chocolate and three layers of vanilla cake filled with cookies and cream mousse and iced with alternating stripes of mousse and buttercream. Coated with chocolate ganache and garnished with sandwich cookies, chocolate bars and chocolate pieces.

Rainbow Celebration

Layers of vanilla or chocolate cake iced with rainbow buttercream inside and out and alternating colors of icing. Colorful macarons, white chocolate bar pieces and buttercream accents give it an elegant touch.

Strawberry Covered Chocolate

Layers of chocolate cake filled with ganache and covered with strawberry buttercream icing. Garnished with ganache, chocolate-dipped strawberries, fudge icing, chocolate bar pieces and macarons.

Striped Sprinkle Sensation
