Innovation brings a twist to tres leches cake

Ever heard about a dessert named tres leches? You’ve probably seen it in our bakery assortment and wondered what the name means.

The Spanish words “tres leches” mean “three milks” in English. That’s because this spongecake is saturated with a mixture of three different types of milk –– evaporated, sweetened condensed and whole milk –– and topped with vanilla whipped cream.

Always looking for creative and innovative ways to offer our customers a variety of flavors, our bakery has come up with creative toppings for the traditional tres leches cake:

Chocolate-Cream Milk-Infused Bar Cake
