Want to add more greens to your daily diet but don’t want to eat the same thing every day? Here are a few ways to add them in, while spicing up your routine!

Just throw it in the blender
If you’re someone who loves quick, easy and delicious alternatives, this is for you! One of the simplest ways is to make a refreshing smoothie. Simply blend a couple of handfuls of spinach or kale with fruit and your choice of milk. If you are looking to occasionally replace a meal, try adding a scoop of protein powder to make it more filling.

Sometimes all you want after a long day is something crispy and salty like chips. And although a potato is a vegetable, it’s not the leafy green veggie you might be in search of. To satisfy your craving, try taking kale or Brussels sprouts and roasting it in your oven or air fryer with salt and olive oil.

Breakfast can be one of the best meals of the day, with eggs as the centerpiece. Adding some spinach, broccoli, peppers or kale can be a delicious addition and give you another serving of vegetables for the day.
