Stores recognized for safety, customer service

Last month at the Retail Operations Conference, we recognized 10 stores for getting it right in the areas of customer service and safety. Congratulations to these award recipients!

Customer Service Excellence Award

The Customer Service Excellence Award recognizes associates at one store in each division who excel at providing premier customer service. Recipients are selected based on results from associate voice surveys, customer voice surveys and mystery shopping scores.

Every associate at the store receives a lapel pin to recognize their service contribution, and each store receives an in-store banner, $500 for a celebration and an advertisement in their local daily newspaper recognizing their store team.

Safety Award

The Safety Award recognizes associates at one store in each division who consistently strive to make their location a safe workplace. These associates also cultivate an environment where safety is a core value.
